PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a β-glucan material which enables uniform dispersion of β-glucan having an excellent bioregulatory function in food, etc. without deteriorating taste, texture, etc. of the food, etc.

SOLUTION: The oils-and-fats composition containing β-glucan is prepared by incorporating microbe- or basidinomycetes-derived β-glucan into oils and fats or a composition thereof.
