PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel driving device, etc. capable of excluding skews between signals. SOLUTION: The display panel driving device is provided with parallel/serial (P/S) converters 73 and 113 for P/S converting driving pulse generation control data and clocks, transmission parts 74 and 114 for converting signals converted by respective P/S converters 73 and 113 into signals corresponding to a differential serial transmission system and transferring the converted signals through transmission lines L1 and L2, receiving parts 81 and 121 for receiving the driving pulse generation control data and the clocks transferred through the transmission lines L1 and L2, and a serial/parallel (S/P) converter 83 for S/P converting the driving pulse generation control data and the clocks received by the receiving parts 81 and 121. A drive control part 22, an address driver part 18, sustain drivers 19 and 21, a scanning driver 20, etc. are used for generating drive pulses on the basis of the pulse generation control data and the clocks converted by the S/P converter 83.
