摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination incoupling system which divides an illuminating light beam to make it incident on an observer optical path so that an assistant observer can always observe the same red reflection as a main observer. <P>SOLUTION: Two illuminating light beams having corresponding axes 1a and 1b in an operating state are formed, and each illuminating light beam is divided into two illumination incoupling light beams having corresponding axes 2a and 2b by deflection elements 7a and 8a arranged symmetrically with respect to an optical axis 5 of a main objective lens 6, and illuminating light is simultaneously incoupled to main observer optical paths 3a and 3b and assistant observer optical paths, and four deflection elements 7a and 8a are arranged crosswise to the optical axis 5 of the main objective lens 6, and two deflection elements 7a are constituted as partially transmissive and/or partially completely reflective deflection elements, and two deflection elements 8a following two deflection elements 7a with respect to light progress are constituted as completely reflective deflection elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
