<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document system capable of properly ensuring the originality of an electronic seal. <P>SOLUTION: When the stamp of electronic seal is instructed at the time of preparing an electronic document, a user terminal 1 reads a print of seal image from an IC card 2, and attaches it to the electronic document. Then, the user terminal 1 generates hash data uniquely obtained from stamp history data including the stamp date or the like and a print of seal image or the like, and transmits the hash data through an LAN 9 to an originality guaranteeing storage device 3. An origin managing server 31 stores the received stamp history data and the hash data in an origin management DB 32 as a management file. Also, the user terminal 1 reads a management file from an original management DB 32 at the time of reading the electronic document, and confirms the originality of the electronic document and the electronic seal (print of seal image), and when the history image of the print of seal image is instructed, displays information such as the name of a stamper or the date of stamp at a display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
