<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a microcomputer incorporating a nonvolatile memory such as a flash memory cannot receive an interrupt request from peripheral equipment and the outside until automatic erasure is completed when a command for the automatic erasure or automatic block erasure is performed from a program arranged on the memory. <P>SOLUTION: When an interrupt occurs during the automatic writing or automatic erasure, a microcomputer with a built-in nonvolatile semiconductor memory temporarily stops automatic writing or automatic erasure by using a microcomputer interrupt request signal as an input from the outside equipment which controls the automatic writing and automatic erasure processing of the flash memory, and automatically performs an operation that receives interrupt processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
