PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera controller having CMOS integrated circuits and a microcomputer made into one chip.

SOLUTION: In the camera controller using CMOS integrated circuits, a microcomputer 1, a logarithmic compression type auto-focusing circuit block 4 comprising a CMOS integrated circuit having a parasitic bipolar transistor which takes a P well or an N well as the base and takes N+in the P well or P+in the N well as the emitter or a photometric circuit block 13, etc. are constituted on the same semiconductor substrate.
