<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paging load distribution method capable of transmitting non-real time paging whose response speed is required to a base station by taking precedence of the paging over the other non-real time paging without the need for modifying (revamping) the existing base station. <P>SOLUTION: A base station control station transmits all reception real time paging by taking precedence of them over the non real time paging, transmits first non-real time paging after the end of transmission of the real time paging and a second non-real time paging after the transmission of the first non-real time paging to the base station when the base station is not in a congestion state, awaits all non-real time paging when the base station is in a congestion state, and transmits the second non-real time paging after the transmission of the first non-real time paging whose transmission is awaited when the congestion state is restored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
