PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid file-outputting of image data representing a composite image using a copyrighted template, when outputting a file of the image data representing the composite image of a photographed image and the template. SOLUTION: A template specifying means 20 specifies the template, and an image specifying means 30 specifies the image. If the template specified by the specifying means 20 is the copyrighted template, and when the file-outputting is specified by an output destination specifying means 12, a combining means 40 extracts image data of an alternative template corresponding to the specified copyrighted template and the image data of the specified image from an image data storage means 80a and combines to create an alternative composite image, and a file output means 60 outputs the file of the image data representing the alternative composite image.
