PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the production cost and ensure an output image of high quality for a long period of time by setting the roundness and deviation of each development sleeve within a specific value. SOLUTION: By making the deviation and roundness of the second development sleeve 12 situated on the downstream side in the direction of the rotation of the photoreceptor drum 1 smaller than the deviation and roundness of the first development sleeve 11 situated on the upstream side, increase in production cost is suppressed and an output image of high quality can be ensured for a long period of time.
