PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegraphic message storage processing system that makes a processor surely perform receiving processing by reducing the frequency of storing processing to a storage data file 12. SOLUTION: A received telegraphic message is temporarily stored in a buffer memory 10. When the amount of stored telegraphic messages in the buffer memory reaches a prescribed value, the stored telegraphic messages are saved into a contemporary file memory 11 to be stored. When receiving processing is over, the telegraphic messages stored in the buffer memory 10 and in the contemporary file memory 11 are merged and stored in a data file memory 12.
