PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize voice in a short period of time and to secure a high voice recognition rate even in the case where noise is large like in a place where maintenance is performed. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a vocabulary storage part 161 grouping a plurality of vocabularies being objects of input for every attribute so as to store them, a voice input part 162 for inputting an instruction for a content which a device side supplies with voice by a user, a group extraction part 163 extracting the group of the vocabularies being the objects of input, which correspond to the supplied content, from the vocabulary storage part 161 and a voice recognition part 164 recognizing input voice based on the vocabularies being the objects of input, in the obtained group.
