PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous crosslinkable resin composition which easily cures by the irradiation with active energy rays, particularly quickly cures even by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays, furthermore has no problem of discoloration and odor of a cured product, excels in smoothness, adhesion, and chemical resistance of a cured film, and additionally excels in storage stability. SOLUTION: The aqueous crosslinkable resin composition comprises (A) a polymer having an oxyalkylene group and an ethylenically unsaturated group in the side chain and (B) a compound having one or more ethylenically unsaturated groups other than the above polymer (A).
