PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a combination therapy between a vitamin D3 derivative and an anti-cancer agent, useful for a cancer patient. SOLUTION: The activity of the anti-cancer agent is found to be reinforced by the combinational use of the anti-cancer agent with the vitamin D3 derivative, especially in administering the vitamin D3 derivative and the anti-cancer agent to the patient, the therapeutic effect is marked in the case of administering both agents in a set interval.
