PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate boarding chassis management of a ferry terminal. SOLUTION: A car-mount machine 9 on which a wireless IC document tag 7 is set is mounted on a tractor head 2a for external use, a chassis number is entered in the wireless IC document tag 7, an on-vehicle antenna 10 is provided on the tractor head 2a, a wireless IC address tag 11 for sending a parking address is provided at a parking place 1a of a boarding chassis parking lot 1A of the ferry terminal 1, and when the tractor head 2a tows a chassis 2b, enters the ferry terminal 1 and parks the chassis 2b at the parking place 1a of the boarding chassis parking lot 1A, the on-vehicle antenna 10 receives the address of the parking place 1a from the wireless IC address tag 11 of the chassis parking lot 1a, records the address of the parking place 1a of the chassis 2b in the wireless IC document tag 7 set on the car-mount machine 9, and the wireless IC document tag 7 registers the information in a computer 6 managing the ferry terminal 1 through the car-mount machine 9.
