PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus operating device to prevent an operation substrate from directly being held by an operator when it is moved by the operator. SOLUTION: The apparatus operating device 100 is equipped with the operation substrate operating an on-vehicle acoustic apparatus 110 by transmitting a signal, a panel member 130 on which the operation substrate is mounted, a cylindrical bracket 140 which is installed on the opposite surface to the surface on which the panel member 130 of the operation substrate is mounted, and fixes the on-vehicle acoustic apparatus 110 to the operation substrate by guiding it to the operation panel, and substrate guards 141, 142 which are installed on the opposite surface mounted by the panel member 130 of the operation substrate to cover the operation substrate, and held by the operator.
