PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath apparatus with a tray in which even when liquid drops from an experimental container on a top plate, the liquid is appropriately stopped by the barrier of the tray to keep the safety of a person on experiment. SOLUTION: A glass container 3 having a stirrer 4 made of a magnetic material which is rotated by a magnetic rotating mechanism in a body casing 2 is mounted on a top plate 1. The top plate 1 and a barrier 1a standing on the top plate along the peripheral edge form a tray T. A plurality of engaging mechanism K which can strict the container 3 as detachable is installed as pairs in the lateral direction between the barrier 1a and the container 3. The proximal end 9a of a hooking member 9 in the engaging mechanism K is pivoted to a ring member 3a on the opening edge of the container 3, while the distal end 9b of the hooking member 9 is engaged as detachable with the top end of a leaf spring 8 standing on the barrier 1a.
