PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulating apparatus capable of stably and efficiently granulating powder and obtaining a pellet with good quality. SOLUTION: A granulating apparatus for powder is comprised of a collecting device 13 automatically sampling granulated pellets discharged from a granulator 5, a neutron type moisture content measuring device 16 measuring a moisture content of the sampled granulated pellets, and a controller 19 controlling a rotational speed of a rotating shaft 9 of a stirring blade 20 in the granulator 5 based on the measured value of the moisture content measuring device 16 and a particle size of the granulated pellets is controlled to a desired size.
