PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring instrument with which stress received unconsciously can be recognized. SOLUTION: This biological information measuring instrument provided with a blood sugar value measuring means 21 for measuring the blood sugar value of a patient is further provided with: an arithmetic controller 30 for estimating the degree of the stress of the patient from the change of the blood sugar value measured by the blood sugar value measuring means 21; and a display part 20 for displaying the degree of the stress estimated by this arithmetic controller 30.
