<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmission type recording medium for two layered recording medium of which the cooling ability of the recording medium and the repeat recording property are improvable and the recording capacity can be doubled as compared with a conventional practice. <P>SOLUTION: In the two layered optical recording medium for recording or reproducing to/from respective two sets of recording layer formed bodies 101, 201 by laminating two sets of these formed bodies on a substrate whereon grooves are formed, to irradiate them with laser beams, the 1st recording layer formed body 101 whereto the laser beams are incident at first, is formed to the two layer laminates having main constituting materials such as ZnS-SiO<SB>2</SB>, Ge-N and provided with a heat sink layer having a main constituting material of Ag, and the 2nd recording layer formed body 201 is formed to the same layer constitution as that of the 1st recording layer formed body, then, these 1st and 2nd recording layer formed bodies are laminated through a separating layer 109 in this two layer structured optical recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
