PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage unit realizable with a small circuit even when IDs having a large address space are managed. SOLUTION: When each of a plurality of data 21 is stored, adjacent information 22 for indicating a storage means 2 for storing adjacent data is generated by an adjacent information generating means 34, and is stored in each of a plurality of storage means to give respective data in the order in which they are stored. An excluded data detecting means 38 specifies a first storage means which stores the data to be excluded from the order. An adjacent information detecting means 322 detects a second storage means which stores the adjacent information indicating the first storage means 3 specified by the excluded data detecting means. An adjacent information rewriting means 323 rewrites the adjacent information in the second storage means, detected by the adjacent information detecting means, with the adjacent information stored in the first storage means. and excludes the data in the first storage means from the order.
