PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle container which enables the reduction in the amount of synthetic resin materials to be used. SOLUTION: The bottle container comprises a synthetic resin bottle body 2 having a trunk 4 formed between an outlet 6 and a bottom 9, a pair of locking projections of a circular collar 12 and a circular expansion 13, each of which is formed integrally with the trunk 4 to be extended outward from an upper part and a lower part of the trunk, and a paper cylinder 3 sandwiched between the collar 12 and the expansion 13 to enclose the trunk. The bottle body 2 is set lighter than the cylinder 3. The cylinder 3 is fitted on the bottle 2 to be sandwiched between the collar 12 and the expansion 13 to enclose the trunk 4 during a blow molding process of the bottle body 2 including the collar 12 and the expansion 13.
