POLYESTER FILM, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, COMPOSITE PACKAGING FILM AND COMPOSITE PACKAGING MATERIAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film having excellent oxygen gas barrier and UV barrier properties, with a very small number of pin holes, capable of being manufactured at a low cost and suitable for a packaging material having better preservability of contents compared to a well known PET film when comparatively intense UV is irradiated.

SOLUTION: This polyester film is mainly composed of polyethylene terephthalate of 4-23μm thickness, contains 2-20 wt% of polyethylene naphthalate based on film weight and has pin-hole numbers less than 30 per 100m2of film.
