<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating and a grated panel of assembled connection structure of high quality free from the occurrence of looseness of main members by improving assembling property. <P>SOLUTION: The grating 1 is constituted by assembling to connect side frame members 3 orthogonal to the main members 2, to the end parts of a group of main members 2 juxtaposed placing the band width direction of band members vertically. The main member 2 has a triangular locking hole 6 with the vertex 15 or base 11 facing the end part of the main member 2, and is protrusively provided with connecting lock pieces 4 of tongue shape vertically dividing the locking hole 6 through a slit 7. The side frame member 3 is provided with engaging holes 5 for projecting the locking holes 6 through the connecting lock pieces 4, and further a locking member 8 of bolt form of triangular cross section pressed in through a group of locking holes 6 of the connecting lock pieces 4 passed through the engaging holes 5.
