<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate capable of inhibiting ceramic laminate deformation, of controlling delamination and cracking, and of preventing reliability degradation due to poor insulation, even when the number of laminations is increased by using ceramic green sheets made thinner. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate comprises a process of forming conductor patterns 3 and ceramic patterns 5 on a main surface of a ceramic green sheet 1, and a process of stacking up a plurality of ceramic green sheets 1 with the conductor patterns 3 and the ceramic pattern formed thereon. In this method, an inequality t<SB>1</SB>>t<SB>2</SB>holds, provided t<SB>1</SB>is the thickness of a ceramic pattern 5 and t<SB>2</SB>is the thickness of a conductor pattern 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
