PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shock from occurring on restoring a fuel cut. SOLUTION: An ECT-ECU 500 consists of a memory for memorizing the fuel cut restoring engine speed received from an engine ECU 600, and a CPU for outputting a hydraulic command value to gradually release an engine brake element (B-2) 310 for a linear solenoid valve SL (2) 320 for controlling the hydraulic pressure of the automatic transmission 300's engine brake element (B-2) 310 when predetermined conditions are satisfied with the engine speed input from an engine 100 and the fuel cut restoring engine speed memorized in the memory.
