PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling foam which can fill a space nearly perfectly even when the space is complicated in shape, to provide a foamable composition for forming the filling foam, and to provide a foamed member for a hollow member. SOLUTION: The foamable composition 1 is prepared by kneading an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 40-50 wt.%, a crosslinking agent, a blowing agent, and a blowing aid and molding the obtained mixture into a desired shape. A mounting member 3 is fitted to the composition 1 to make the foamed member P for a hollow member, and the member 3 is attached in the inner space of a pillar 2, and the composition 1 is foamed and cured by heating to form the filling foam 6. Thus, even when the pillar 2 is complicated in shape, its inner space can be nearly perfectly filled with the foam 6 to attain sufficient vibrationproofness and soundproofness.
