PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct taken measures to cope with condensation, abnormal noise, noise, and vibration, and also with improved stiffness, and to provide a method for suitably shaping the duct. SOLUTION: This duct D comprises a first urethane substrate 10 formed by curing a first urethane material sprayed on the shaping surface of a first shaping die in a shaping die, a second urethane substrate 20 formed by curing the first urethane material sprayed on the shaping surface of a second shaping die capable of being mould-closed in the first shaping die and urethane stiffening sections 30, 30 formed from the second urethane material having suitable stiffness at the time of curing. The first urethane substrate 10 and second urethan substrate 20 are jointed correspondingly in a longitudinal direction by the adhesive strength of the first urethane material in a curing process. A duct wall surface formed from the first urethan substrate 10 and second urethane substrate 20 is stiffened by the urethane stiffening sections 30, 30 after curing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
