PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of heightening user's feeling of satisfaction by using properly both display of an actual image such as an aerial photographic image and a map image formed by using map data. SOLUTION: This image display device equipped with a first display control means for displaying the map image on a display panel 9b based on the map data is equipped with a second display control means for displaying actual pictures P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>, P<SB>3</SB>acquired by photographing facilities such as a baseball field in the same scale as the map image in areas of the facilities such as the baseball field on the map image based on area information for showing the areas on the map of the facilities such as the baseball field and actual image data generated so as to be able to be correlated with position coordinates.
