PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can enhance reliability of data by lowering the interference of transmitting and receiving signals by a radio communication from other radio signal in the apparatus having a radio communicating function. SOLUTION: When a controller 20 for sending a signal showing operating to the controller 20 receives a signal showing this operation (including transmitting and receiving) if a busy tone module 10 transmits and receives, the controller 20 sends a signal showing switching of an antenna to a radio local area network module 8. When the radio local area network module 8 receives a signal from the controller 20, the module 8 switches a switch 32 to a main antenna side S1 of an antenna disposed at a distance from the busy tone antenna 19, and conducts a communication.
