PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a crack caused by drying and shrinkage of concrete and penetration of rainwater into the crack in a concrete board exposed to rainwater such as a balcony and an external corridor. SOLUTION: Molded plates 3 having thickness exceeding a fixed value in the direction of length of the concrete board 2 and elasticity for following shrinkage of concrete when it is hardened and/or after it is hardened and relative deformation of the concrete boards 2a, 2a are arranged on the whole cross section of the concrete board 2 at an interval in the direction of length of the concrete board 2 to be constructed at site.
