PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit and a vessel capable of preventing the leakage of liquid from an air hole, and coping with spiral bellows. SOLUTION: This pump unit 10 sucks the liquid in a vessel body 12 to the outside. The pump unit comprises a suction pipe 23 inserted into the vessel body 12, the bellows 24 continuously connected to an upper part of the pipe 23, a piston part connected to the bellows 25 and sucking the liquid in the vessel body 12 to the outside of the vessel body 12 by expanding and contracting the bellows 25, a shaft case 20 of the piston part, and a case 16 for accommodating the bellows 25. The case 16 is provided with the air hole 16c, and the shaft case 20 is internally inserted into the case 16 axially movably without being rotated in the circumferential direction with respect to the case 16. An opening and closing valve 33 for opening and closing the air hole 16c by the expanding and contracting operation of the bellows 25 by the piston part, is mounted on a position corresponding to the air hole 16c, of the shaft case 20.
