PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively secure branch lines, junctions and a parking zone by a circular-cross-section tunnel that is advantageous in terms of stress, without modifying the outer cross-sectional shape of the tunnel; to efficiently, safely and economically construct such a traffic tunnel without requiring special construction methods or additional construction methods for reinforcement. SOLUTION: A two-layered traffic lane partially separating a main line 7 into upper and lower layers is provided by a subgrade 5 in a partial section inside a shield tunnel 1 which forms the main line 7. At least either the upper or lower layer forms a connection to the tunnel 2 which serves as a branch line and/or a junction to the main line, and a parking zone 11 is secured in part of that layer.
