PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipstick composition which has good emulsion stability, has an excellent preventing effect on the rubbing-off of the lipstick composition, when coated on a lip, does not fade the color for a long period, and gives a moist touch. SOLUTION: This lipstick composition comprises (A) a fluoro oil agent having a perfluoroalkyl group in the molecule, (B) an oil agent which has a specific dielectric constant of 3.2 to 50 and is a liquid at 25°C, and (C) a fluoro polymer having a perfluoroalkyl group and a 2 to 100C alkyl group in the molecule.
