PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery transfer device for an electric cargo handling vehicle that can reduce a burden on an operator in a battery transfer operation. SOLUTION: The battery transfer device 20, which transfers a battery 11 to and from an electric cargo handling vehicle as disposed beside the electric cargo handling vehicle, comprises a mount 21 on which the battery is placed, and a conveyor 22 disposed on the mount 21 to transfer the battery 11.
