PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and easily enable chateau cut and decorative cut of massive vegetable. SOLUTION: A plurality of steps of blade units 1, 2, 3 are concentrically arranged along the same line. The blade units 1, 2, 3 are formed with a dividing blade for dividing the massive vegetable into an edible part and an inedible part, a separating blade for radially separating the edible part of the massive vegetable into a plurality of parts, and a corner cutting blade for cutting the corner of the edible part radially separated. At least either the dividing blade or the separating blade, and the corner cutting blade are arranged in order of precedence from the supplying side of the massive vegetable to the discharging side.
