PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove impurities included in a liquid. SOLUTION: This device has a detection part 23 for detecting the operating state of a main device 1; a power source switch 22 arranged between an auxiliary power source 21 and an impurity removing device 10; and a control part 24 for connecting the auxiliary power source 21 to the impurity removing device 10 by the power source switch 22 when the non-operating state of the main device 1 is detected by the detection part 23. When the main device 1 is laid in the non-operating state to stop the circulation of the liquid 8, the impurities mixed in the liquid 8 begin to float. Therefore, the operation of the impurity removing device 10 is started after the main device 1 is laid in the non-operating state, whereby the impurities included in the liquid 8 is efficiently removed.
