PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellently simple and convenient hair for a doll which droops along the shape of a head starting immediately after being planted on the head of the doll, and produces a natural atmosphere, and to provide the dolls utilizing this hair. SOLUTION: The hair 1 for the doll is composed of a thermoplastic resin (A) and a thermoplastic resin (B) having a glass-transition temperature not more than 40°C, both melting into integration, or composed of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the thermoelastic resin (B), each for constituting a core section and a sheath section. The hair 1 for the doll is fixed at a 50 mm position from the top end to a supporting body 2 with a fastener 3 which has a curving surface with a radius of 5 mm, is folded back by 180 degrees along the curved surface to be pressed by a holder 4 while forming a curved section, under such a condition, is kept for one minute at a 35°C temperature and for another one minute at a 23°C temperature, and then is released from pressing of the holder 4, thereby having softness maintaining not less than 90 degrees of a curved angle when the supporting body 2 stands in a vertical condition.
