<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a printing time and to save the quantity of printing paper by specifying a range out of a large amount of printing binary data and cutting out the printing data. <P>SOLUTION: An application program 11 inputs input data 12 and outputs printing binary data 15. When an operator cuts out a page range specified from the printing binary data 15 and inputs a command for outputting them to a file, a printing data distribution means 20 outputs a range specified by the command as printing data 21 to the file.
