ELECTROMAGNETIC STEEL SHEET WITH INSULATING FILM OF EXCELLENT APPEARANCE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic steel sheet having an insulating film of excellent appearance which generates no interference pattern when forming the insulating film mainly consisting of a resin and inorganic colloid.

SOLUTION: An insulating coating solution containing nonionic surface active agent with hydrophilic and lipophilic balance HLB of 8-15 at a ratio of 0.1 to 10.0 mass % based on the solid content of a paint in an aqueous paint consisting of resin emulsion and inorganic colloid is applied to an electromagnetic steel sheet and baked.
