<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for distributing advertisement information in which whether or not the advertisement information for which an advertisement user requests to an advertisement publisher to insert the advertisement information in the web page of the advertisement publisher is spontaneously read by the user is made clear and to provide a method for calculating an advertisement rate and allowed to give and receive the resonably calculated advertisement rate between the advertisement user and the advertisement publisher. <P>SOLUTION: The method distributes the advertisement information.
