PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute image data to a radio mobile terminal without missing even if handover takes place in the radio mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The image distribution system 101 delivers image data of an estimated handover time before the starting time of handover, and interrupts transmission for the estimated handover time after the image data is distributed beforehand. The radio mobile terminal 102 reproduces the image data distributed beforehand during handover, thus preventing the image data from being missed even if handover takes place in the radio mobile terminal.
