METHOD AND JIG FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the laminate of an electric double layer capacitor to be improved in workability when the laminate is impregnated with an electrolytic solution or subjected to an electrolytic refining process. SOLUTION: A pressurizing jig 10 is composed of side plates 11 overlapping the sides of the laminate in the laminating direction of the laminate, a positioning guide 13 which is arranged on either of the side plates 11 and engaged with the capacitor main body housing unit 7A of a case 4 so as to carry out a positioning operation, and rails 12 holding the side plates 11 at a prescribed interval. The case 4 is held by the the pressurizing jig 10 when the laminate is impregnated with an electrolytic solution or subjected to an electrolytic refining process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
