PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial air conditioner for canceling the consumption of energy due to excessive cooling and dehumidification by accurately adjusting intake air to a specific temperature and relative humidity by using a refrigeration cycle. SOLUTION: The industrial air conditioner used for the refrigeration cycle comprises: a measuring means for measuring total pressure in environment, the flow velocity and flow rate of the intake air or the total pressure of a blower, the temperature of the intake air, the relative humidity of the intake air, the temperature of supply air, and the static pressure of the supply air; and an arithmetic means for calculating required cooling/dehumidification temperature, required cooling/dehumidification quantity of heat, required refrigerant evaporating temperature, required amount of heating heat, and required amount of heating/humidification heat by inputting measurement values obtained by using the measuring means.
