PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire engine capable of changing an adjusting speed of a number of revolution of an engine at will without limiting an adjusting place of an engine speed or rapidly changing the revolution of the engine by adjusting the revolution of the engine driving a pump for emitting fire-extinguishing fluid with a pulse generator. SOLUTION: A selection part 31 selects pulse signals transferred from any one of a plurality of pulse generators 21, 22 capable of generating pulse signals at a speed according to an operation speed of an operator. A pulse counting part 32 counts a pulse number of the pulse signals transferred from the pulse generators 21, 22 via the selection part 31 in a manner to cumulatively increase it when the pulse generators 21, 22 are operated in one direction, and reduces a count value when they are operated in the other direction. A rotation speed adjusting signal generating part 33 generates rotation speed adjusting signals of a driving engine 8 of a pump 3 for emitting the fire-extinguishing fluid according to the pulse number counted in the pulse counting part 32.
