PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a door securely in a predetermined position without rattling by causing a locking member to closely fit into a locking recess formed in a floor face; to facilitate and ensure operation. SOLUTION: During the rise or fall of the locking member 7, a helical thread 73 formed on a peripheral face 72 causes the locking member 7 to rotate about its axis and along a guide 50 formed on a case 4, so that a tip 71 having a non-circular cross section moves into the locking recess 91 while rotating and then moves out.
