PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating body easy in assembling without damaging a surface of a member and without using a machine screw, coping with even a cross-sectional-shaped member having a curved part, and sufficiently satisfying prescribed strength. SOLUTION: This grating body has one member 1 and the other member 2 for penetrating through the one member. The one member is composed of a front side member 7 and a rear side member 8 for sandwiching the other member from the front and rear and a connecting material 10 for connecting a joining part of the front side member and the rear side member on the inside. The front side member 7 has a recessed part 5 for taking in a front part 3 of the other member and a locking part 14 for fitting the connecting material 10 in the lengthwise direction. The rear side member 8 has a recessed part 6 for taking in a rear part 4 of the other member and a locking part 14 for fitting the connecting material 10 in the lengthwise direction.
