PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained-release preparation in which carrier proteins of both almost all physiologically active proteins and low-molecular medicines are simply prepared, the physiologically active proteins or the low-molecular medicines are provided with sustained release properties and their pharmacodynamic effects are stably and efficiently developed. SOLUTION: This sustained-release preparation comprises a fusion protein in which a chaperonin and the carrier protein combined with a physiologically active protein or a low-molecular medicine are linked through a peptide bond. The carrier protein combined with the physiologically active protein or the low-molecular medicine is stored in the inside of the chaperonin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
