PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line guide which can smoothly guide a fishing line to a guide ring, while preventing that the fishing line is brought into contact with the edge portions of supports for guiding the fishing line to the guide ring and thereby damaged. SOLUTION: This line guide having right and left two supports 15 which are downward extended from a holding frame 12 for holding the guide ring 11 and are used for guiding the fishing line to the guide ring 11 is characterized in that the right and left two supports 15 have guide faces for guiding the fishing line to the guide ring 11 and that the guide faces are inclined so that the central side face portions and the outer side face portions of the supports are placed at backward positions and at forward positions, respectively.
