PURPOSE: A control device for merchandising a home game machine is provided to effectively merchandise the home game machine by installing a plurality of selectable operation modes. CONSTITUTION: A coin put part(29) informs a main controller(21) of a coin input state and receives coin by receiving a control of the main controller. A power input part(28) supplies operation power by receiving commercial power. A power reset part(27) resets the operation power supplied to the home game machine(30) by receiving the control of the main controller when a game is started. A mode selector(24) selects one mode from the selectable operation modes including a time mode and a capability mode depending on a setting state of a dipswitch. A user input part(25) comprises a plurality of levers and buttons to control advance of the game, connects the user input part and a game connection interface(23) when the game is started, and disconnects the same when the game is ended. The game connection interface connects the user input part and the home game machine. The main controller comprises a micro controller and includes a control program.
