PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use analog display when setting a time.

SOLUTION: When an operation dial 35 is rotated by 90 degrees, the long hand of an analog clock of an analog time display part 13a is also rotated by 90 degrees. Then, the time shown by the analog clock of the analog time display part 13a is set in a timer.
